I’ve been saving my Lover zulu bikini in taupe for my trip to Jervis Bay which we are leaving for tomorrow after we drop my parents off to the airport. I probably won’t even get to wear it because of the crap weather we’ve been having lately :c
My haul from the Lover Jumble Sale. I got there at 9.30 (half an hour before it opened) and there weren’t that many people lined up. But I saw a friend who works for them and she let me in early. When I go to the Lover sales I don’t really search for the popular pieces, mostly just pieces that are samples, rare and cheap. I purchased:
- A Dance For One rehearsal tote. It’s made out of leather and is a great size for uni/travelling. $99.
- A Dance For One arabesque romper. I wanted to buy this from Shop Bop but they had sold out of my size. Was very happy to find this! $79.
- The White Serpent leopard tote bag. My previous Lover tote is so worn out so I thought I might as well buy this since it was cheap. $29.
- White Moon Rising zulu print bandeau bikini. Lover make really good swimwear and the zulu print has always been my favourite. $69.
- The White Serpent leopard pouch. By time I realised how cheap these were, they had all been snapped up. $10 (what a bargain).
- Sacred Hearts College sailor top. My favourite buy out of my haul. I’ve always wanted the dress version of this top that came in black and white. $49.
Some more gratuitous pictures of my serpent lace dress. I don’t have any occasions coming up where I could wear it (maybe my birthday but I haven’t got anything planned) so my boyfriend suggested that we go to dinner somewhere fancy so I could have the chance to wear it. I suggested Tetsuya’s (lol jks).
