I’ve been home for two weeks but I still wish I was in Japan. Promise to blog about it properly soon but I’m just waiting for a proper day off work.
Third wheeled it with my sister and her boyfriend to Reuben Hills and Moochi this weekend.
My boyfriend and I were in Harajuku when I spotted these red velvet Vans at Milkfed. I initially wanted to buy a pair of bleached denim vans from Milkfed in Ikebukuro but I got these instead (my boyfriend ended up getting me the other pair later). They came in blue and red and I liked the red pair and my boyfriend liked the blue. His opinion changed after I tried them on. I don’t like lo pro Vans but I made an exception for these. The second photo is me wearing some of my favourite things from Japan: Forever 21 military jacket, Muji striped top and Forever 21 jeans (best $12 jeans).
My cosmetics haul from Hong Kong. I bought the majority of it from Joyce in Lane Crawford. I got the Nars pure radiant tinted moisturiser which is not out in Australia yet. I was matched perfectly and I love how it provides such good coverage for a tinted moisturiser.
I’ve fallen in love with H&M. I bought this dotted peplum top in Hong Kong and the necklace in Japan. I wish we had H&M in Australia but even if we did, it would never be as good as the ones overseas (our Zara is a perfect example .. bad stock and too expensive). I didn’t buy enough but luckily my boyfriend is in Europe atm so I’m asking him to get me some more jewelry when he gets back to London!
I love my Monseuil Louise Owl. She’s so soft and cuddly, a good substitute for my boyfriend while he’s in Europe. I actually got a different colour to the one Charlotte has so that means I have to go back to Japan and buy another one ^_^
I’ve been trying to get girl about town through Back 2 Mac since December. Since they were always out of stock I figured I’d just buy it in Hong Kong. But yesterday I had an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar at Bondi (smashed my screen :c) so I thought I may as well try the Mac there. And they had it! What’s better than a Mac lipstick? A free Mac lipstick.
