Today:
- Went to Brazil (for the person on Formspring who really thinks I’m going to Brazil, again it’s a euphemism! Clearly you don’t watch Sex and the City!). Also almost died walking in the heat to the local shops in my suburb because I was desperate to get my eyebrows done before I go away this weekend. The girl did a good job but I felt ripped off paying $20 when I usually pay $10-12.
- Went to Mac to look at eyebrow powders but the girl who was helping me said they only have pencils and instead use eyeshadows as a powder to fill in eyebrows. Since that’s what I do now and the shade she recommended for me is almost a dupe for what I currently use, I’ll just wait until it runs out. Then I wanted to get girl about town lipstick through the Back 2 Mac program but they were sold out (same as last time I went, before Christmas. Sad). Does anyone know if the Mac Pro store sells eyebrow powders? (too lazy to google).
- My boyfriend went to the travel agent and put our flights to Japan on hold and will most likely book them tomorrow, hence the photobooth photo, already practicing my tourist peace signs.
- Had to ask my dad for permission to go overseas. I’m 23 but I still have to ask for permission for some things. Even though I already know the answer most of the time, it’s mainly for the principle especially since it will be my first time travelling alone with my boyfriend.
- In the evening I went to my boyfriend’s family’s CNY dinner. Now I am nursing a tremendous food baby.
